Hokkaido University Library will hold a seminar titled "How to Find Information on International Organizations" on November 11th.
This year's seminar, "How to Find Information on International Organizations," will be held in two parts: a lecture by Professor Mari Koyano of the Faculty School of Law, and a presentation by staff from the University Library on how to find information on international organizations. In the first part, Professor Mari Koyano, who specializes in international law at School of Law, will deliver a keynote speech, providing an easy-to-understand explanation of what international organizations are and how their activities and adopted documents affect Japanese society. In the second part, library staff will introduce the organizational structures of the United Nations and the EU, as well as how to find documents and introduce the various websites and databases made public by both organizations.
