The School of Economics and Business at Hokkaido University will hold a lecture by the Director of the Sapporo Regional Taxation Bureau entitled "Tax System and Tax Administration" on November 14th.

The guest speaker for this lecture will be Mr. Kazuhiro Yamashita, Director of the Sapporo Regional Taxation Bureau.
