Hokkaido University Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere (FSC), Renewable Energy Research & Education Center (REREC), and Sustainability Promotion Organization will hold a seminar on November 27th entitled "Lessons Learned from GX and Nature Positive's Vision for the Future - Next-Generation Market Value Pioneered by Hokkaido University."

This seminar will thoroughly analyze carbon credits in the GX policy as a lesson learned. Based on this, we will envision the future of the natural capital market in the NP policy, which will soon be fully implemented, together with leading experts from industry, academia, and government.

Director Machii of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, which is responsible for GX policy, companies working to visualize the value of GX and NP, and Professor Nakaoka, Director of the Miyashita FSC Center at Hokkaido University, will come together to explore the core theme of "how to measure the value of natural capital, how to link it to the market, and how to implement it in society."

This seminar is the gateway to solving complex problems. We will also introduce the human resource development and collaborative research offered by Hokkaido University, which will serve as a platform for concrete collaboration beyond the discussion. We will provide practical tips for leading the market of the future and introduce the appeal of Hokkaido University as a problem-solving partner.
