Hokkaido　University Public Policy School (HOPS) will hold the 2025 HOPS Seminar, "Perspectives on Child Policy: Measures to Combat the Declining Birthrate x Children's Well-Being," on October 25th.

This seminar is aimed at current students, faculty, and staff of Hokkaido University, as well as HOPS alumni. The lecture will be given by Ms. Tomoko Fujiwara, Chief Cabinet Secretary of the Agency for Children and Families.
