The Hokkaido University Institute for the Advancement of Sustainability has published the "Hokkaido University Sustainability Report 2025."

Starting from fiscal year 2022, this report will refer to the GRI Standards, which provide an internationally trusted and reliable framework for sustainability reporting, and will report on the impact on the economy, environment, and society, clearly stating its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, the Environmental Reporting Guidelines (2018) will be referenced for environmental information.
