The Sapporo City Lifelong Learning Center, in collaboration with the Hokkaido University Arctic Research Center, will be hosting a Sapporo Citizens' College-planned lecture entitled "Tomorrow's Earth and Us as Seen from the Arctic" from September 4th to September 25th.

This special lecture will feature appearances by Project Associate Professor Takafumi Hirata and Project Associate Professor Fujio Onishi Arctic Research Center.
