The Uryu Research Forest Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere, Hokkaido University will be holding a "Walk through the Primeval Northern Forest" on June 29th.

This event is open to elementary school students and above from Horokanai Town and neighboring cities and towns. On the day, participants will gather at the Hokkaido University Uryu Research Forest Office and walk through the Hokkaido University Uryu Research Forest, where giant red spruce trees, rivers inhabited by huchen, and pristine nature remain, providing an opportunity to learn about the nature of Hokkaido.
