The Recurrent Education Institute for the Advancement of Graduate Education Promotion Organization will be co-hosting the Semiconductor Frontier Education and Research Organization with the "Hokudai Tech Academy: Learn Computer Science from Scratch: Generative AI x Speech Recognition x Raspberry Pi" from June 21st to August 23rd.

Hokudai Tech Academy is a practical educational program based at Hokkaido University that develops the ability to create new products and service experiences using cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and generative AI. We develop talent that can not only "use" technology, but also combine it with ideas to turn it into "value."

The theme of this event is "Raspberry Pi x Generative AI x Speech Recognition." Using the small computer "Raspberry Pi," we will combine Chat-GPT and speech recognition/synthesis technologies to build a system that allows people and technology to interact naturally. Through prototyping, we will design and implement a workflow for an AI system that actually works, and elevate it into a creative idea that can be applied to the real world.
