Hokkaido University Center for Advanced Tourism Studies will hold CATS Tourism Online Forum Series (TOFS) vol. 48, “Understanding Preferences in Community Participation & Applying Randomized Conjoint Analysis to Tourism Research,” on May 8th.

At this event, we will be presenting a study on teacher retention in rural Myanmar, where there is a chronic teacher shortage. The aim of this initiative is to increase teacher satisfaction, thereby improving the quality of education and promoting long-term socio-economic benefits in rural communities.
