Hokkaido　University Public Policy School (HOPS) will be holding the fourth Japan-Taiwan Executive Program from June 21st to July 4th as part of the HOPS Japan-Taiwan Leadership Program.

This program is aimed at people with work experience who hold Taiwanese nationality or permanent residency in Taiwan, and provides an opportunity to acquire the knowledge base necessary to lead the times through lectures by instructors from both within and outside the university, policy simulations, and policy briefings by government agencies and local governments in Hokkaido. This year's 14-day program will be held in Sapporo and surrounding municipalities in Hokkaido, Kyoto, and Tokyo under the theme of "Post-Truth, Post-Veracity and Charlatanism: Living in the "Fractured World" and how to survive."
