The Hokkaido Institute for the Advancement of Graduate Education Center for Advanced Human Resource Education and Development and the Career Center of Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education will hold the Hokkaido University Career Support Symposium on March 14th.

As career paths become more diverse, issues have emerged, such as students deciding on a career path without fully understanding their options. At the same time, the human resource needs of companies are also diversifying, and appropriate career education and support are required. At this symposium, government officials, companies, universities, and employment agencies will discuss the challenges and future of students' career development from their respective positions.
