Hokkaido University's Institute for the Promotion of Business-Regional Collaboration and the Graduate School of Public Policy will co-host the "Resilience Entrepreneur Development Program: Learning how to face disasters through law and practical skills" on February 12th.
No one can predict when or where a disaster will occur. Japan is one of the countries in the world that experience many natural disasters. Disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and heavy rains are an unavoidable reality in the future. What can we do in such situations?
The ability to protect lives and quickly deliver support when a disaster occurs will lead to "new leadership" to survive in the future. In this workshop, you will learn the knowledge and response skills required in the event of a disaster, and develop the ability to overcome difficulties as a "resilience entrepreneur." Your actions will create a future of hope for the disaster-stricken areas.
