The Hokkaido University Graduate School of International Media, Communication, and Center for Advanced Tourism Studies will be co-hosting an open seminar entitled "Mountain Tourism and Adventure Tourism" on December 21st with Goldwin Inc.

We will invite professional adventure racer Yoki Tanaka, who is well known for his book "Great Traverse: A Single Stroke Through Japan's 100 Famous Mountains," as a lecturer to discuss the future of adventure tourism (AT). In addition, there will be presentations by students of the "Adventure Tourism Practical Training Course" at the International Public Relations, Media and Tourism Institute (Destination Manager Development Course).
