A new article, “No. 11 ‘A blue Nobel Prize week’” has been published in the President’s Column on the special website for Kiyohiro Houkin, the 20th President of Hokkaido University.

 

In the President's Column, Hokkaido University President Kiyohiro Houkin shares his daily thoughts while also touching on international topics surrounding the university. In consideration of the internationalization of the university, messages are sent in English so that international students and people living overseas can also read them. In this column, he talks about the Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry, and the artificial intelligence (AI) that led to these awards.
