Hokkaido University Museum will hold the 9th Saturday Citizen Seminar of 2024, "Various Civil Dispute Resolution Procedures," on December 14th.

The ninth session will feature Professor Shunichi Yokoji Graduate School of Law at Hokkaido University. Many civil disputes occur every day in the world, such as traffic accidents, business disputes, and family disputes, and Japan has a system to resolve them. In this seminar, we will provide an overview of the civil dispute resolution system in Japan, including non-trial procedures, and consider the overall system and procedures.
