Graduate students made proactive comments looking ahead to the post-coronavirus era, such as Hokkaido University's measures for the post-coronavirus future and the effects of the new online style on creating synergies between faculties. The president also said, ``I want Hokkaido University to play a major role in initiatives centered on the SDGs, which emphasizes the importance of engagement not only with society but also with students, and takes an approach unique to Hokkaido University in nature.
