School of Economics and Business, Hokkaido Faculty of Economics and Business, the Research Center for Regional Economic and Business Networks (REBN), and JICA Hokkaido (Sapporo) will jointly hold a special lecture on international cooperation titled "International Cooperation by JICA" on November 14th.
