Communication in Science & Technology Education & Research Program　(CoSTEP) (CoSTEP) at Hokkaido University will hold the 138th Science Cafe Sapporo, "Hello, to my future self" on October 29th.

Are you familiar with the term preconception care (precon)? It is an effort to prepare the mind and body for pregnancy and childbirth... but at the same time, it is a broad concept that touches on the various life events and styles of many people. This science café will create a space where participants can imagine "what if" futures through precon, and discover ways to improve their health starting tomorrow.
