The National Institute of Polar Research will hold the public event "Polar Research Institute Expedition 2024" on September 28th.

 

The event will be titled "The Lives of the People Living in Greenland and Their Relationship with Fur," and Professor Ryo Kusaka of Institute of Low Temperature Science at Hokkaido University will introduce various types of fur and how they are used, while also introducing the lives and culture of the people of Greenland.
