The Hokkaido University Slavic-Eurasian Research Center (SES) "Establishing an International Platform for Survival Strategy Research," the NPO Institute of Russian and Far Eastern Studies, and the Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center (HIECC) will be co-hosting a seminar on September 3rd entitled "Considering Exchanges between Japan and Central Asia in the Amidst Changes in International Relations."

This seminar will feature a lecture by Professor Tomohiko Uyama of Slavic-Eurasian Research Center at Hokkaido University.
