Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) (DEI Promotion Headquarters) is working to support the career development of young researchers, including doctoral students, with the goal of "developing female research leaders who are in tune with the ambitions of each individual."

The "Support for Holding Career Events for Female Undergraduates and Graduate Students" initiative provides an opportunity for female undergraduates and graduate students to think about their own career development, and provides financial support for a portion of the costs of holding seminars and other events aimed at encouraging women to advance to doctoral programs.
