The final selection of the “University SDGs ACTION! AWARDS 2021 Online” (sponsored by Asahi Shimbun and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) will be held in March, a contest in which university students present original ideas with the aim of achieving SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). It was held on the 5th.
In this contest, the project "A Framework for Collaborative Maintenance and Management of Camping Areas in Daisetsuzan National Park" by Mr. Wang Ting, a D2 Graduate School of Environmental Science was selected and supported by the "Regional Studies Practical Support Program 2020" sponsored by URA Station. Construction'' won the finalist award out of 96 applications nationwide.
