The Local Conference Of Youth 2024 (LCOY2024) will be held on August 11th at the Komaba Campus of the University of Tokyo and online. This event is accepting participants from elementary school students to graduate students who are interested in climate change, biodiversity, and nature until July 24th.

LOCY is an event held under YOUNGO, the official youth organization of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The event aims to support local young people's efforts to combat climate change and to provide a forum for generating recommendations for international conferences. It is held ahead of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and is the domestic version of the Conference Of Youth.
