Hokkaido University's Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Accenture Japan will co-host a career design seminar on July 16th, aimed primarily at female undergraduate and graduate students in science and engineering. The seminar is called "Let's think about the person we want to be - thinking about it through dialogue with role models."

This workshop is aimed at female students who are concerned about their future and their career paths after graduation. Current female employees with science backgrounds will participate as role models and support them in envisioning a concrete future.

This event will be held as part of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Science and Technology Human Resource Development Subsidy Program "Diversity Research Environment Realization Initiative (Female Leader Development Type)". Since this event is being held primarily with the aim of promoting the career development of women, the target audience is recommended to be women, but male undergraduate and graduate students are also welcome to participate.
