Hokkaido University School of Law, Graduate School Graduate School of Law, Law School, and the affiliated Center for Advanced Legal and Political Education and Research will be holding a special open campus event, "Gather around, women lawyers of the future! Meet lawyers, judges, and prosecutors!" on August 5th.

Interest in "female lawyers" is on the rise these days. However, surprisingly little is known about the work and working style of those currently active in the legal field. At the symposium "Gather, Future Female Lawyers!!", we plan to have female lawyers active on the front lines of the legal profession answer your questions directly about the work they do, what makes it appealing, how they balance their private life and career, and even what their junior and senior high school years were like. The event is primarily aimed at junior and senior high school students, but of course it is open to all ages and genders.
