Hokkaido University Office of Ainu Relations and Initiatives and Hokkaido University Library North Library will be holding a joint event until the end of June called "Learning about the language, lifestyle, history and interactions of the Ainu people through books: Kampinukaraanro - Itak, Ureppa, Upasukuma, Nepki, Ukoapka-".

In connection with the university-wide education subject "Learning at Hokkaido University," which is offered to all first-year students, we will introduce "History and Present of the Ainu People," "Language, Lifestyle, and Work of the Ainu People,'' and "The Ainu People and Hokkaido." We introduce recommended books under three themes: "University".
