The Hokkaido University Institute for the Advancement of Sustainability, in collaboration with Sapporo City, Shimokawa Town, Hosei University, and Kansai University, will be holding the "Carbon Neutral Summer Short-Term Learning Program," a government-academia collaboration program, on August 28 and September 4-6.
This program will include lectures on carbon neutrality, group work, group presentations, and field work. Through participation in the program, students will be able to acquire (1) knowledge of carbon neutrality, (2) diversity through collaborative work with others, and (3) practical skills to act for the benefit of society. In addition to our students, students from other universities such as Hosei University and Kansai University will also participate in the program. You can also expand your own way of thinking through dialogue with students from other universities.
