A new sweet created through industry-academia collaboration, "Hokkaido University Fruit Chocolate & Cookies (made with apples from Yoichi)," will go on sale at Hokkaido University stores and elsewhere from April 30th.

At Hokkaido University Yoichi Orchard, apples have been cultivated and researched since the days of Sapporo Agricultural College. In order to make these apples more widely known, we have collaborated with Morimoto Co., Ltd. to jointly develop a sweet called "Hokkaido University Fruit Chocolate & Cookies (Yoichi Apples)," which combines apple jam with chocolate and cookies.

You can purchase them at the Hokkaido University shop, Morimoto New Chitose Airport store, etc. (subject to change).
