As part of its entrepreneurial education program, Hokkaido University's Institute for the Promotion of Business-Regional Collaboration will be holding an open lecture entitled "The Necessity of Web3 Technology in a Decentralized Society" on Saturdays and Sundays from May to June.

The purpose of this program is to acquire an understanding of basic technologies related to AI and Web3, and to learn how to create new value through new concepts in Web4 and solve social issues centered on regional revitalization.
