“Hokkaido University Clark Rusk” has been released by King Bake Co., Ltd., a long-established bakery that sells Hakodate Rusk.

 

“Hokkaido University Clark Crusk” contains “Clark Lactic Acid Bacteria (a product of LAB Biotech Co., Ltd., a certified startup company from Hokkaido University),” which is a plant-derived lactic acid bacterium developed by Specially Appointed Professor Tadaaki Miyazaki Institute for Genetic Medicine University Institute for Genetic Disease Control. Available in 5 flavors: butter, black chocolate, strawberry chocolate, red meat melon, and miso.
