Hokkaido University Museum will hold the 2023 "Hokkaido University Museum Graduation Thesis Poster Presentation" on March 2 and 3.
Hokkaido University undergraduate students who will be graduating this spring will compile their graduation research, which is the culmination of their student lives, into a single poster, explain it to those who visited the venue, and answer any questions.
This presentation will be held in a contest format, with each visitor acting as a judge and voting for the poster presentation they think is No. 1. The student with the most votes during the two-day period will be awarded the "Visitor Award." In addition, the ``Best Award'' will be determined by the evaluations of judges invited from inside and outside the university, and the ``Museum Meister Award'' will be determined by the evaluations of Hokkaido University student judges who have been certified as Museum Meisters through our unique educational program. . In addition, the "SDGs Award", which indicates the degree of contribution to SDGs, has been newly established from 2021. Each poster is pre-displayed with the logo of an SDG goal that is related to the research content. Let's think about the future of the Earth through student research.
*This presentation will be held as part of the social experience-based subjects of Hokkaido University Museum 's unique educational program "Museum Meister Certification Course", and will be conducted under the supervision and guidance of museum faculty to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
