The Socio-Cultural Issues of the Accelerated Arctic Studies Project (ArCSⅡ) and the University's Slavic-Eurasian Research Center will hold an Arctic research seminar titled "Siberia and Alaska - Economy and Society of the Arctic Enemies" on February 13th.
